At Inclusive Therapeutics, part of CBChange, Therapeutic Behaviour Support is not a sink-or-swim role. It is a supported, relational, and developmental practice held within a connected network of practitioners. We have designed a way of practising that protects practitioners as much as it supports participants.

Whether you are early in your career, transitioning from education or allied health, or an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner, we will meet you where you are and support you to grow.

Thinking About Change, but Not Sure Yet?

You don’t need to apply to start the conversation.

If you are curious about Therapeutic Behaviour Support, wondering whether Inclusive Therapeutics might be the right fit, or considering a transition from another field, we offer confidential, no-pressure conversations.

This is not an interview. It’s a chance to explore fit, support needs, and offer next steps.

Who We're Looking For

  • You are an early-career practitioner who wants to learn properly – not be thrown into complexity before you are ready

  • You are a teacher, allied health professional, or youth worker feeling burnt out by systems that don’t support people (or staff)

  • You are an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner seeking ethical practice, depth, and sustainability – not higher billables at any cost

You don’t need to arrive fully formed. You do need curiosity, care, and a willingness to reflect.

Our Development Pathway

CBChange offers a supported professional pathway, grounded in ethics, reflection, and human connection, and held within a connected therapeutic system.

The Supported Entry Pathway provides a safe, structured way to enter or grow within Behaviour Support – particularly for early-career practitioners and those working in regional areas.

Each pathway is held by an experienced practitioner acting as a Pathway Steward, providing continuity, guidance, and relational safety as practitioners grow into their role.

What is the Supported Entry Pathway?

The Supported Entry Pathway is a structured entry point into Therapeutic Behaviour Support, designed to:

  • reduce isolation and risk

  • scaffold responsibility over time

  • prioritise learning and reflection

  • ensure practitioners are supported by people and systems

It is a developmental starting point, with clear progression and ongoing support.

Testimonials

"Our CBChange Behaviour Support Practitioner provided such insightful, creative, thoughtful help to our son s school team, not only in understanding our son's world and providing some excellent, practical ways to quickly make school better for him, but her obvious heart for children and adults like our son was seen in the way in which she worked."

Emily and Tim, Parents

"Very professional and flexible consultants in all areas of the Community, Welfare and support sectors. Nothing is too complex and they approach each individual case in a very fluid and unique way providing the individual with very positive outcomes. They can provide clinical support or provide a unique prospective on the individuals needs and wants."

Karl, Director

"As a contracted service, CBChange worked with our large NGO service and provided excellent leadership and practice development; supporting staff in working with young people and children with complex behaviours and trauma. The Practitioner from CBChange had an exceptional understanding of trauma and has the strong ability to get the best out of staff. Our staff have felt supported and equipped through the CBChange's Practitioner's knowledge and support.
